Viet Nguyen is a Director, Investments at Harbour Equity. He is responsible for underwriting and structuring new opportunities, as well as managing existing joint venture investments.

Prior to joining Harbour Equity, Viet held real estate investment and development positions at Rubenstein Partners, a Philadelphia private equity firm, and Extell Development, a New York real estate development company, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring, and financing large-scale residential and office developments.

Viet started his career as an architect at Perkins Eastman in New York where he led master plans and architectural designs for both residential and commercial developments in the United States, Asia, and Middle East.

Viet graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA in Finance and Cornell University with a Bachelor of Architecture. In Philadelphia and New York, he was actively involved with the Urban Land Institute as NEXT and YLG cohort member.
