Emma is responsible for managing financial reporting, tax compliance, and treasury functions for both the fund and Harbour Equity. She joined Harbour Equity in June 2025, bringing with her a strong background in real estate finance. Emma began her real estate career on the development accounting team at Dream Asset Management Corporation, where she supported various development projects through the preparation of financial statements and funding requests. She later worked at Lanterra Developments, overseeing the development accounting team for residential, retail, and rental properties across Toronto. Emma holds a Master of Accounting from Carleton University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Ottawa. |
