Connor is a Senior Associate at Harbour Equity, where he is responsible for underwriting potential acquisition and development opportunities. Prior to joining Harbour Equity, he worked in Data & Analytics at Property.ca, where he later advanced into an Analyst role. He brings strong experience in financial modeling and real estate development project analysis

Connor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics from Queen’s University and a Master of Management from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, where he served as President of the Real Estate Association
